The 2024 Guangdong Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award Ceremony was recently held in Guangzhou. KEDA Stone Machinery's project, "R&D and Industrialization of Complete Production Line Technology and Machinery for Cement-Based Artificial Quartz Slab (Blocks)", received 2 honors: the Guangdong Machinery Industry Science & Technology Award and the Second Prize of the Guangdong Mechanical Engineering Society Science & Technology Award.

The Project on the "R&D and Industrialization of Manufacturing Technology and Machinery for Cement-Based Artificial Quartz Slab Blocks" developed a complete production line machinery for manufacturing cement-based artificial quartz slab blocks.

It introduced technologies such as decorative material distribution, multi-stage color blending, fluidized powder peristaltic conveying, and a new integrated vibrator. Combined with the "rotary kneading press" process and automatic demolding, the project achieved major breakthroughs in output, production efficiency, color variety, slab density, product consistency, digital management, and environmental performance.
